A-1 Title Services provides title insurance, escrow, and settlement services in Florida. The following disclosures are provided for transparency and regulatory compliance.
A-1 Title Services conducts business in the State of Florida. Title insurance and escrow activities are subject to regulation by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and the Florida Department of Financial Services, as applicable to the products and services offered.
Licensed title insurance products are underwritten by approved title insurance underwriters. A title commitment or policy will identify the underwriter for your transaction.
Funds held in escrow in connection with a Florida real estate transaction are maintained in accordance with applicable Florida statutes and administrative rules, including requirements for escrow accounts at qualified financial institutions.
Escrow funds are handled only in connection with bona fide title and closing transactions.
Title insurance premiums, search charges, closing fees, and endorsements are disclosed on your closing disclosure, settlement statement, or fee quote as applicable. Charges must comply with applicable rate filings and Florida law.
We comply with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and applicable Florida law. We do not provide illegal kickbacks or unearned fees. Affiliated business arrangements, if any, will be disclosed in writing as required.
