Founder & President
Our president & founder, Orlando Noya, is proud to be living the American Dream. His entrepreneurial spirit sparked at the age of 16, when his father purchased lawn equipment for him to start working on his own. Since then, he knew this journey of entrepreneurship was meant for him.
Luly Abellan
Title Processor
With over 10 years of experience in the real estate title industry, Luly is a key player in making our clients title journey run seamlessly. She joined the A1 team in 2021 and is currently our title processor. She ensures an efficient and transparent experience in all transactions.
Manny Dearmas
Closer
Manny has been a part of the our team for over 11 years and continues to find so much joy in helping every client that comes to us. She is our title processor and her mantra is “happiness comes when you believe in what you’re doing. Know what you’re doing, and love what you’re doing”

Post Closing
Mayuli Pino, our post closer, joined the A1 team 11 years ago and since then has helped hundreds of clients make the process of owning a home so much easier. She loves working with different clients because of the importance she finds helping people achieve their dream to buy a home or sell one.
