Quotes, consultations, and webinars are free. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide and may change if the transaction details change. Florida sets title insurance premiums by statute, and every fee we charge is shown on your quote, Closing Disclosure, or settlement statement before you pay it. We do not add undisclosed or hidden fees.

We will never change wiring instructions by email or text. Before sending any wire, call our office at (305) 274-9898 using a number you obtain independently to confirm the instructions. We are not responsible for losses from wires sent without following this verification step.
